How has the Welsh Government reinvested the: total amount of land transaction tax received by the Welsh Treasury every year since its introduction, including to date in 2021, and; the total amount received through higher rates every year since its introduction, including to date in 2021?

Land transaction tax (LTT) receipts, including from the higher rates, directly contribute to the overall funding of the Welsh Government’s expenditure plans. The annual budget does not distinguish expenditure funded from LTT receipts separately from other Welsh Government revenue expenditure.
