What assessment has the Welsh Government made of the duration of economic impact of coronavirus, when deciding income tax rates as set out in the 2021-26 programme for government?

The economic impact of coronavirus, including its duration, scale and legacy, is monitored on a continuing basis. It is one factor that will be taken into account, alongside other evidence and budgetary requirements, when determining future levels of the Welsh Rate of Income Tax.
