What consideration has the Minister given to the rising rate of relinquishment of reptile pets as a result of increasing energy costs?

My officials are in regular discussion with our third sector colleagues on matters including pet ownership and the cost-of-living crisis. I am pleased to see key animal welfare third sector groups in Wales working together to support pet owners and would encourage anyone who is struggling to seek advice and pursue the avenues of support available.
