Further to WQ88316, will the Minister confirm where the underspend on concessionary fares will be reallocated to?

As I set out in my oral statement to the Senedd on 23 May this year the underspend forecast against the concessionary fares budget for 2023-24 will be used to support the successor to the Bus Emergency Scheme subsequently confirmed as the Bus Transition Fund.
