Answered by Minister for Climate Change
This information is available in the draft Budget revenue and capital spending plans for 2024 to 2025, as published on the Draft Budget 2024 to 2025 | GOV.WALES page. Here you will also find the budget narrative and supporting tables. The Budget Expenditure Lines document shows the detail of where the funding will be spent.
