What assessment has the Cabinet Secretary made of the impact that council tax reform will have on the Welsh economy?

The Welsh Government is committed to delivering a fairer council tax. I made a statement on 15 May outlining our plans. A range of options were outlined in a Phase 2 consultation in November 2023, accompanied by a detailed analytical assessment of the impact from the Institute for Fiscal Studies.
