Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on Welsh Government's plans to commission a review into the level of quality-related funding provided to Welsh institutions?

Commissioning a review into quality-related funding is a recommendation in the Economy, Trade & Rural Affairs Committee report entitled Research and Development that was published this month. The Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Energy & Welsh Language will be responding on behalf of the Government to those recommendations in due course.
