What percentage of teachers in Wales can currently speak Welsh?

Based on information from the School Workforce Annual Census (SWAC) as of November 2022, 38.7% of teachers in local authority maintained school settings and pupil referral units recorded their Welsh language ability as intermediary, higher or proficiency.
