Has the full impact assessment of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 been completed, and when will it be published considering it was due to be completed by July 2025?

The Phase 1 and Phase 2 reports of the three-year evaluation of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act have been published and are available at: Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 evaluation | GOV.WALES.
The reference to “Phase 3 (October 2024 – July 2025)” stated in the Phase 1 and Phase 2 evaluation reports is an indication of when fieldwork is expected to take place, rather than when final publication is due. The report of the third and final phase of the evaluation will be published later this year.
