What is the shortest duration for which a fixed-term occupation contract may be issued in Wales under Welsh renting homes legislation?

There is no prescribed minimum duration period for a fixed term occupation contract under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
There is no provision within the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 which requires the registration of an occupation contract with HM Land Registry.
