How many houses have been built in Pembrokeshire since May 2021?

The New House Building in Wales statistics on StatsWales shows that 738 homes were completed across all tenures in Pembrokeshire between 1 April 2021 and 31 March 2025.
Please note, the New House Building statistics are based on the reports of local authority building inspectors and the National House Building Council (NHBC), a Private Approved Inspector (PAI). These statistics do not include information from other PAIs, likely resulting in an undercount in the number of new dwellings started and completed.
