Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on the Welsh Government’s plans to extend permitted development rights?

I will lay an amendment Order before the Senedd this term. It will increase permitted development rights for air source heat pumps and enable temporary recreational campsites for up to 60 days, in some locations.
