Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether Wales will receive consequential funding following the UK Government's announcement of £4 billion of additional spending on special educational needs in England, and if so, how much?

Details of any consequential funding will be provided in the Spring Forecast and it will be for Welsh Ministers to decide how to spend any consequential funding received.
