Will the Cabinet Minister confirm whether the council tax revaluation will go ahead in 2028 as previously planned?

Making council tax fairer is a commitment we take seriously, and we will set out our approach in due course. We will work collaboratively with local authorities, be open about our progress and transparent with the people of Wales as this work develops.
