What assessment has the Cabinet Minister made of the timescales for bringing forward a revised Code of Practice under the Additional Learning Needs and Tribunal Act (Wales)?

Our focus is on supporting children and young people with additional learning needs (ALN) to thrive in education.. New sector guidance and a parent toolkit were published earlier this year, and we are reviewing the impact of this guidance and further areas that may require clarification.
Any revisions to the code are required to be consulted on, in line with the requirements set out in the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018, and an appropriate timetable set out in that circumstance.
I will update on next steps in due course.
