Question
What action does the Cabinet Minister intend to take to improve ALN advocacy in Wales following Gareth Morgans‘ landscape review of ALN Advocacy?
Answer
Answered by Cabinet Minister for Education and the Welsh Language (Anna Brychan)
We are committed to ensuring that children, young people, parents and carers can access the information, advice and advocacy they need to navigate the ALN system and make informed choices about support.
The advocacy review provides a valuable assessment of current information, advice and advocacy arrangements. We are carefully considering the findings to inform next steps. Members will be updated when the review is published.
