Which records meetings between, on the one hand, politicians, their advisors, officials, and others connected with the administration; and on the other hand, companies, professional bodies, lobbyists, charities, pressure groups, and campaigning organisations.

The Register should contain the following information, and be readily available for public scrutiny.
1/ Location and time of the meeting.
2/ Purpose of the meeting.
3/ Names of those in attendance and who, or which body, they represented.
4/ Subject(s) discussed.
5/ Outcome(s) of the meeting.
