Further to WQ99131, why did the Counsel General's answer not set out what legal advice the Welsh Government has sought regarding releasing the legal advice for the proposed national crime prevention agency?

Establishing a new national body requires careful consideration of its purpose, scope, governance, legal status and funding arrangements.
Rather than predetermine the outcome, we are working through those issues carefully to ensure any future arrangements are credible, affordable and capable of delivering better outcomes for communities across Wales.
