What consideration has the Cabinet Minister given to moving senior managers in the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board's offices into office space existing in the major hospitals?

This has not been considered. The management and use of office accommodation across Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, including the location of administrative and management functions, are operational matters for the Health Board - taking account of its local operational, workforce and estate requirements.
