Question
Why is commercially let self-catering accommodation excluded from the permanent lower non-domestic rates multiplier for visitor accommodation from April 2027, and will the Cabinet Minister include commercial holiday properties restricted by planning condition to holiday use before the regulations are laid?

This support is focussed on the businesses at the heart of thriving high streets and town centres across Wales, as set out in my oral statement on this matter on 15 September. I have no plans to alter the scope of the announcement.
