Will the Cabinet Minister confirm if lost or stolen money is explicitly excluded as a qualifying criteria for payment under the Discretionary Assistance Fund?

Lost and stolen money is not an eligible reason for a claim for an Emergency Assistance Payment from the Discretionary Assistance Fund.
