What is the number of full-time equivalent Welsh Government civil servants whose principal role relates to constitutional reform, further devolution or the proposed national commission on the constitution, and what is the total annual salary cost of those posts?

Details of spending on constitutional reform were published on 7 August 2026 in response to FOI 27168. The response provides a detailed breakdown of expenditure incurred during the financial year 2025-26 and includes information on staff costs, travel and subsistence costs and the other main areas of expenditure from within that budget. The FOI response also includes figures from other areas of activity, including borders, criminal justice delivery, justice transformation, offender learning, and Senedd reform.
