Question
Will the Government examine whether the Hendre Lakes business park proposal is in line with the duties outlined in the Environment Act (Wales) 2016, and the Well-being of Future Generations Act (2015)?

The planning application is under active consideration and a decision will be issued in due course. As this is a live call-in case it would be inappropriate for the Welsh Ministers at this stage to provide any comment on the merits of the application in order to avoid prejudicing the final decision.
