Reform Bill Committee

Good morning. Can I welcome members of the committee and the public to this morning's meeting of the Reform Bill Committee? We are here this morning to do some work and discuss our forward work programme in relation to a second Bill that will be coming towards us. Before we do that, can I just go through some housekeeping? We have not received apologies, and I'm pleased to see you're all with us. We are operating in hybrid. I remind everyone that the public section is broadcast live on Senedd.tv, and a transcript of the proceedings will be published in the usual way. We do operate bilingually and therefore if simultaneous translation is required, please ensure, if you are on Zoom, that you have set the interpretation to English for Welsh-to-English simultaneous translation.
