As I set out in August, the Commissioners will report to me on progress against their terms of reference and the preparedness of South Wales Fire and Rescue Service to continue to improve under new governance arrangements. I will make my decision based on their advice and other supporting evidence and will make a statement to the Senedd at the appropriate time.
