What actions is the Welsh Government taking to develop integration between the economies of the north-west of England and north Wales?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Cabinet Minister for Enterprise, Connectivity and Energy (Adam Price)
The Welsh Government is strengthening economic links between North Wales and north-west England through coordinated transport planning, cross-border partnerships and investment in shared growth sectors. We work with partners including the Mersey Dee Alliance. Network North Wales, our long-term programme to improve rail and bus connectivity, will improve access to jobs and markets across the border. The North Wales Growth Deal, Anglesey Freeport and the Flintshire and Wrexham Investment Zone will also support investment, strengthen supply chains and create high-quality jobs across the wider regional economy.
