Will the Welsh Government introduce regulations to close the legal loophole that allows companies to give out free samples of vapes to children?

I am aware of a gap in the legislation which enables vape companies to give out free samples of vaping products to under 18s. This is clearly unacceptable and a gap I would like to swiftly close. My officials are working with those in the UK Government to ensure that planned improvements in the law in England on this issue, also extend to Wales.
