Our Food Service Programme targets and engages buyers from the foodservice and hospitality sectors to secure an increased offering of Welsh food and drink products for their customers. The key objective of the programme is to use market research and intelligence and combined with an enhanced programme of focused market buyer introductions to secure product listings and contracts for Welsh suppliers into these markets on a regional (Wales) and national (UK) basis. The programme is proving very successful.
