Why does an NHS-issued letter not qualify as a proof of address for a Transport for Wales disabled person's bus pass?
Ateb
Atebwyd gan Cabinet Secretary for Transport and North Wales
Transport for Wales will accept a letter from an NHS General Practitioner as proof of residency when issuing new or renewing existing Welsh concessionary travel passes. Transport for Wales offer a dedicated helpline for anyone who needs additional help and support. I have asked Transport for Wales to review existing arrangements with local authorities to make it easier for people to apply for and renew passes.
