Debate: The Draft Budget 2025-26
Motion
What this vote was about
The vote on Jane Hutt's motion, which simply asks the Senedd to note the Draft Budget for 2025-26 laid before it on 10 December 2024.
The Senedd debated the Welsh Government's Draft Budget for 2025-26, its early spending plans. Jane Hutt (Welsh Labour) moved a motion to note it. Paul Davies (Welsh Conservatives) proposed adding that it fails the people of Wales' priorities. That addition was rejected and the Senedd agreed to note the draft budget.
