Plaid Cymru's Heledd Fychan proposed that the Senedd regret Welsh Government funding failures and call for a new higher education strategy, after Cardiff University announced 400 job cuts. Welsh Labour's Jane Hutt replaced the wording with her own. The Senedd agreed Labour's version.
